Visit London
We have been thinking about how to make a trip to London more fun! Its about doing things together and getting support from the world around you when you’re there.
prepare, participate, perform

Today, we’ve been thinking about the 2012 olympics.
How do you move your audience from not knowing through to performance?
We developed a behaviour change service called Sweet Talk, that helped kids with diabetes move along this path and think that similar opportunities to help to design engaging change are possible in many fields.
What is a community?
Wikipedia defines a community as a group of people in a place. We have always used the same definition so i often struggle with social networking sites that use community to define a group of people who use their services. At the end of the day, people aren’t necessarily bothered by definitions and prefer to spend time and effort in places and with people that they care about. So, we say that the best communities will thrive in places – whether real or virtual – that people care about. Are we adding enough care to our community? We’re also concerned that excess attention to virtual environments reduces our care for the physical world. So, are we making the most of the physical world?
What’s the difference between a game and a lesson?

It’s all about being in the flow. Some experiences draw you in and captivate you. It could come from trust, from playfulness, from clarity, from understanding. We have seen children learning in a playful way when they use OOKL and would like to extend this concept to other fields of endeavour.
Are your services ready for a mobile society?
Our society is more connected. People are using and carrying around more powerful devices that do more interesting things.
This convergence of connectivity and power is transforming society. It is leading to new ways of behaving that no longer conform to traditional modes of marketing and consumption.
The challenge for every organisation will be to keep up with the pace of change. To be more joined up, to be more relevant, to be simpler and to be more personal in all that you strive to do.
We can help you to find simplicity in complexity, the playful in the mundane, the extraordinary that lies behind apparently ordinary experiences. We can help you to seamlessly merge the physical and the digital, to create invisible connections between people and your services.
We have already brought many of these ideas to life in our previous projects and we’re looking forward to working with you to discover similar opportunities in the work that you are doing.
